Cardelle holds an honors BSc in Computer Science and Management from the University of the West Indies, Barbados, and is distinguished as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) through CMA Nova Scotia and the Caribbean, with a focus on Strategic Leadership.
Cardelle honed her project management acumen as Project Coordinator for a four-year IDB/MIF regional initiative, enhancing the entrepreneurial landscape for BYBT’s young stakeholders, ensuring impactful and relevant outcomes.
Now, as the General Manager of Barbados Youth Business Trust (BYBT), she skillfully navigates technological and financial landscapes to craft strategic plans, secures pivotal partnerships and grants, and oversees progressive projects and programs aligned with the organization’s mission.
